Shipping Policy
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over $99.00 receive FREE standard shipping. Any orders under $99.00 are charged a flat rate of $14.50 for standard shipping.
Free express shipping on orders over $450, please note, express shipping does not guarantee next day delivery.
DELAYS ON FULFILMENT
Due to staff absences orders placed between 20 December 2024 and 3 January 2025 will not be shipped until 6 January 2025.
FULFILMENT
Unless stated otherwise, all standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Australia Post parcel delivery times will then apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Allow 1-2 days for Express shipping and 3-4 for Standard shipping.
Please note that the free shipping option becomes available automatically at time of checkout when your shopping cart content value after discount and excluding gift cards meets the minimum value threshold. No promo code is required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
To estimate your delivery time, visit Australia Post's calculator and enter the postcode 2008 in the ‘From’ field and your own postcode in the ‘To’ field. Remember to also consider the processing time for dispatching your order when working out when to expect your parcel.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place. All orders sent within Australia, if you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post's drivers and posties will try to hand the parcel in person. If no one is home, then drivers will always try to find a safe place to leave the parcel (if size allows, this includes the letterbox).
In cases where a safe place isn't available, Australia Post drivers will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. If you are an Australia Post My Post customer you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery offering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Pulse Padel will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or those items held and sent to you once back in stock.
